Steve M. Boyle is the Executive Director of YIMBY Democrats for America and the founder & CEO of Epic Immersive.

As part of the leadership team for YIMBYs for Harris, Steve built the production team and aesthetics for YIMBYs for Harris' first fundraiser, featuring 70+ YIMBY speakers, which The Wall Street Journal dubbed "YIMBYchella" and hailed as "a breakthrough moment for the decade-old YIMBY movement."

Next, Steve mobilized tens of thousands of phone-banking calls with events featuring Senator Elizabeth Warren, Senator Brian Schatz, Governor Wes Moore, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, Governor Jared Polis, Congressman Robert Garcia, and Congressman Maxwell Frost, with coverage by The Washington Post, Politico, Axios, The Atlantic, Semafor, and The San Francisco Chronicle.

Now, Steve leads YIMBY Democrats for America and hosts YIMBY Democrats for America's signature podcast, Radio Abundance, which premiered in 2025 with Maryland Governor Wes Moore and United States Congressman Jake Auchincloss. Steve is the creator of YIMBY Democrats for America’s FDR-inspired aesthetics of patriotic mythology, as well as YIMBY Democrats for America’s twin missions: Build America and Defeat Fascism. Steve also coined the phrase that serves as YIMBY Democrats for America’s North Star: “Progressive Abundance”

Outside of politics, Steve is the CEO and creative director behind Epic Immersive, a globe-trotting agency building large-scale immersive theatrical experiences. With Epic, Steve has led the creation of 14-acre fictional cities with a hundred actors, 4-day mythic adventures through the jungles and ruins and caverns of Mexico, custom experiences for Silicon Valley giants like Apple and Google and Meta, secretive wonderlands underneath San Francisco, and summits with Disney executives and the founders of Punchdrunk, Meow Wolf, and Cirque du Soleil.
